It is better to clean the engine while the vehicle is just switch off , remove the spark plug, and use an endoscope to check the carbon deposits on the top of the piston and the cylinder wall. If the cylinder wall is worn, explain the situation to the customer in advance before cleaning. Turn the flywheel and use the measuring rod to level the four cylinders to be cleaned to the same horizontal line. Use a funnel to add oily cleaning fluid to each cylinder in turn. Add about 150ml of cleaning agent to each cylinder with a displacement of 1.6-2.0, and add about 200ml of cleaning agent to each cylinder with a displacement of 2.0-3.0. If there are special requirements for the cleaning agent, follow the cleaning agent prompts. Connect the air source, connect the 12v power supply, and then turn on the power switch, and insert the two pulse tubes of the equipment into the cylinder. Pay attention to insert it to the bottom, cover the spark plug port with a rag to prevent the liquid from splashing outside the engine. The pulse factory time is 10 minutes. Press "Start" to clean, and the cleaning effect can be observed through two glasses. (Pulse cleaning time setting: long press the "Start" button for "5" seconds. When you hear a beeping sound and the number is flashing, press "Pulse" for time "+", press "Drain" for time "-", set the time and press "OK" to save) When the cleaning time is up, the alarm will be automatically triggered. Press "Recover" to drain the liquid from each cylinder in turn, and then use a blow gun with a rag to cover and blow dry each cylinder. After cleaning, the equipment liquid needs to be drained. Align the two pulse tubes with the waste liquid recovery bucket and press "Drain" to drain. Use an endoscope to check the cleaning effect and take photos. Compare before and after cleaning. After cleaning, the engine oil must be replaced without starting the engine. Note: After cleaning, the liquid in the cylinder must be drained and blown dry with a blow gun to replace the oil. Keep the equipment clean. If there is liquid in the equipment, wipe it dry with a rag to avoid corrosion of the chassis appearance.
